Bellini Cocktail 1 Pfirsich (weiß) bzw. Pfirsichmark, Champagner zum Auffüllen.

Ingredients

1/4 liter (100 cl) Pfirischsaft
3/4 liter (100 cl) Prosecco

Directions

Den Pfirsich mit etwas Wasser/Zuckersirup pürieren. In eine Karaffe gießen und den kalten Prosecco (oder Sekt bzw. Champagner) dazugeben (im Verhältnis 1/4 Pfirsichsaft zu 3/4 Prosecco). Mit etwas Zitronensaft abschmecken. In kalten Gläsern servieren.
