Der Chocolate Martini besticht vor allem durch die geschmackliche Kombination von Kaffee und Schokolade. Diese bittersüße Mischung liegt schon dem verwendeten Galliano Ristretto zu Grunde.

Ingredients

4 cl Galliano Ristretto
3 cl Espresso
1 teaspoon (0.5 cl) Zucker
1 portion Sahne

Directions

Bevor man den Chocolate Martini mixt muss die Cocktailschale vorkühlen. Espresso, Galliano Ristretto und Zucker auf Eis shaken. In die vorgekühlte Cocktailschale abseihen. Die Sahne vorsichtig oben aufgießen und die Schokoladenraspeln darüber geben.
