In its third year as official sponsor of Salone del Gusto, Lavazza will participate in spreading the culture of quality at the Salone's third edition. To highlight its commitment, Lavazza will be a true protagonist of know-how, education and cultural awareness at Salone del Gusto 2000. In general, the Lavazza area is conceived as a Laboratorio del Caffè: tasting sessions, a multisensorial journey devoted to discovering coffee, and a coffee information area. All this will increase awareness about this beverage, and will be under the expert guidance of a company that has devoted passion and expertise to coffee for over a century. Inside the stand, the senses of sight, touch, smell, hearing and, naturally, taste, will be stimulated by coffee aromas, flavours, and colours, while images, sounds and multimedia devices will evoke the image and the iconographical context of coffee. Part of the Lavazza area will be devoted to debates and detailed talks about coffee-related issues. During the third edition of Salone del Gusto, Lavazza also intends to continue the diffusion and promotion of education to taste. Lavazza has enshrined in a single sentence its love and passion for coffee: Take it slowly. The idea is to enhance coffee food culture, while strengthening its partnership with Slow Food.
