Die Inneneinrichtung, entworfen von Adam D. Tihany, lehnt sich an die französische Weinkultur an. Zur Bar Boloud, London, erklärte Boloud: "Das neue Restaurant wird New Yorks Energie und Geist, ein klein bisschen französische Seele und Tradition und einen Hauch von Londons Still haben."
