    Ingredients

    1. 500 g Quark
    2. 1 small Zwiebel
    3. 1 clove(s) Knoblauch
    4. 1/2 bunch(es) Petersilie

    Directions

    Der Kräuterquark ist ganz schnell einfach zu machen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und in einem Mixer mit Petersilie und Sahne pürieren. Die Maße mit dem Quark vermengen, mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Zitronensaft abschmecken und schon ist der Kräuterquark ­fertig.
