Weißkohl und Möhren ganz fein hobeln. Mayo, Sahne, Senf, Salz, Pfeffer, Brantweinessig, Buttermilch (!!!), Creme Fraise, etwas Zucker anrühren und über die gehobelte Rohkost geben. Einige Std. im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen, mit Schnittlauchröllchen verfeinern.
