Ingredients

  1. 250 g Butter
  2. 200 g Zucker
  3. 350 g Mehl
  4. 5 piece(s) Eier
  5. 1 pack(s) Backpulver

Directions

Butter und Zucker schaumig rühren, zuerst die Eier unterrühren, dann das Mehl und das Backpulver. Alle Zutaten bei Zimmertemperatur verarbeiten, den Teig sofort aufs Blech streichen und backen.
