  2. 1 piece(s) gespickte Zwiebel
  3. 1 pinch(es) Salz
  4. 100 g Semmelbrösel
  5. 1 piece(s) Ei
  6. 20 g Mehl
  7. 1 pint(s) Wasser
  8. 1 medium Salatteller gemischt
  9. 1 pinch(es) Würzsalz oder Kräutersalz
  10. 1 shot(s) Rapsöl
  11. 1 some Obst zum garnieren

Directions

Bäckle mit gespickter Zwiebel in Topf mit Wasser am Vortag kochen.
dann in Scheiben schneiden würzen und wie Schnitzel panieren
in Rapsöl anbraten und auf Salat garnieren.
Eine Variante wäre die Hälfte mit geriebenem Käse panieren dann hat man ein Essen und
zwei Geschmacksvarianten.Mit etwas Obst garnieren.
