Ingredients

  1. 3-4 piece(s) Zwiebeln
  2. 500 g Hähnchenbrustfilet
  3. 250 g Basmatireis

Directions

Hähnchen und Zwiebeln klein schneiden in einer Pfanne mit Öl anbraten, wenn sich die Poren vom Fleisch geschlossen haben mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Curry würzen. Warten bis die Zwiebeln gläsrig und der Zucker leicht karamellisiert ist, dann mit Brühe abgießen. Ca. 3min einkochen lassen dann Sahne dazugießen und wieder einkochen lassen. Es sollte eine cremige Soße entstehen. Basmatireis kochen und dazugeben.
