A very good vegetarian restaurant at the Frans Halsstraat near Albert Cuyp. 'Waaghals' meaning 'dare devil' in Dutch takes risks. You never knew that fried vegetables good be this tasty. Very nice wines as well. An intimate and modern setting. Make a reservation though, it's a popular place.
